WARRANTY INFORMATION
Ribbon Microphone Warranty
​
Our ribbon microphones come with a lifetime warranty for the original owner and is not transferable. We will repair or replace any Mesanovic Microphone that fails to meet factory specifications (including factory defects or imperfect workmanship) during the warranty period.
All original owners will receive 1 free re-ribboning for a period of two years from the date of purchase. The owner must cover all shipping charges and must contact us before shipping for specific instructions. All re-ribbonings after the two year period will cost $120.00.
To have a valid warranty, we must receive a product registration form. The warranty does not apply if the microphone has been damaged, misused, disassembled, repaired, or modified by other than Mesanovic Microphones themselves.
Condenser Microphone Warranty

Our condenser microphones come with a limited 3 year warranty for the original owner and is not transferable. We will repair or replace any Mesanovic Microphone that fails to meet factory specifications (including factory defects or imperfect workmanship) during the warranty period.
To have a valid warranty, we must receive a product registration form. The warranty does not apply if the microphone has been damaged, misused, disassembled, repaired, or modified by other than Mesanovic Microphones themselves.
Monitor Warranty

Our studio monitors come with a limited warranty and the warranty period begins when they are purchased by an authorized dealer. The warranty is transferable from the original owner as long as proof of original purchase can be provided. We will repair or replace any monitor components that fail to meet factory specifications (including factory defects or imperfect workmanship) during the following specified warranty periods:

2 years for electronic components in CDM65

3 years for electronic components in RTM10

2 years for Platin Hub for owners of the CDM65. Warranty does not apply to standalone Platin Hub users

2 years for moving components (CDM65 tweeter, midrange drivers and subwoofers)

3 year ribbon tweeter warranty including 1 free reribboning. Replacement tweeter cartridges can be purchased for $75 USD
